Practical Teaching Reform of Industry and Education Integration in New Energy Vehicle Technology Major——Taking Huzhou Vocational and Technological College as an Example
Based on the Sino-German advanced vocational education cooperation project,with the goal of meeting the job demands of the new energy vehicle and its key components industry,Huzhou Vocational and Technological College aims to deepen industry and education integration in the new energy vehicle technology major.According to the logic of ability development,we comprehensively sort out and reconstruct the practical teaching cur-riculum system and construct a student practical skills training system that meets job requirements.Training bases for industry and education integra-tion,along with"dual-qualified teacher"training teams both full-time and part-time,are constructed specifically to cultivate and enhance students'practical abilities.We introduce a multi-party vocational comprehensive ability evaluation and certification system to achieve close integration between talent cultivation and regional industries.We explore the formation of a talent cultivation model and new ideas of practical teaching reform of new energy vehicle technology major,which meet the needs of regional industrial development and upgrading.
