The Struggle Process and Historical Significance of the Revolution Led by the Zhejiang West Special Committee of the CPC
In February 1939,the Zhejiang West Special Committee of the CPC(hereinafter referred to as the Zhejiang West Special Committee of the CPC[1939-1942])was es-tablished to respond to the changes in the situation of the the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,which opened the glorious process of the CPC to unite and lead people of all walks of life to carry out the resistance against Japanese aggression and national salvation movement in the enemy occupied areas behind the enemy.The study found that the struggle of the revolution led by the Zhejiang West Special Committee of the CPC went through three periods:strengthening the forces of resistance against Japanese aggression with a united front,resisting the anti-communist counter current of the Kuomintang and implementing the central government's"hidden and efficient"policy.During the struggle,the Zhejiang West Special Committee of the CPC always adhered to the united front,armed struggle and Party building.Although the Zhejiang West Special Committee of the CPC did not exist for a long time,it demonstrated the revolutionary integrity of the Communist Party in the process of per-sisting in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,enhanced their ability to cope with crises,trained the Party's skills in propa-ganda,culture and education,nurtured and practiced the fine tradition of seeking truth from facts,and left an indelible impact on the history of the Party and the Chinese revolution.
