摘要

本文在介绍余杭城区"两廊一轴"整体规划结构的基础上,对余杭中轴线实施性城市设计国际竞赛中标方案、余杭新地标建筑、新中心城市展览等事件进行了简评,并着重对余杭区所展现的前瞻性行政推动意识进行了论述.文章旨在解读杭州市余杭区在建设杭州城市新中心所担负的历史延承、时代机遇和未来远景.不论对于专业人士或市民公众,都需要理解这片独特而富有前瞻性的超级城区对于杭州未来发展的重要性,以及它在制度实践、规划创新、事件策动方面对新时代中国城市化产生的必然影响.

Abstract

This article presents an overview of the overall planning structure of the"Two Corridors and One Axis"in the Yuhang District,and provides a brief commentary on the winning scheme of the International Competition for Implementary Urban Design of the Central Axis of Yuhang,the new landmark buildings in Yuhang,and the new central city exhibition,with a particular focus on the forward-thinking administrative promotion awareness demonstrated by the Yuhang region.The aim is to interpret the historical legacy,contemporary opportunities,and future prospects that the Yuhang District of Hangzhou undertakes in constructing Hangzhou New City Center It is essential for both professionals or the general public to understand the significance of this unique and forward-looking super district in shaping the future development of Hangzhou,and the inevitable impact it will have on the urbanization of contem-porary China concerning institutional practices,planning and innovation,and event orchestration.
