紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成及性能研究

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)和丙三醇为原料分步反应合成了可光固化九官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)预聚物.讨论了温度、时间、催化剂用量对合成PUA预聚物的影响,用红外光谱(FT-IR)对预聚物结构进行了表征,并测试了PUA预聚物紫外光固化膜的附着力、光泽度、硬度等物理性能.结果表明,分步反应合成PUA预聚物时,第一步反应温度为65℃,反应时间为2.5h,且催化剂用量为0.02%;第二步反应温度为75℃,反应时间为2.5h;经紫外光固化所得的PUA固化膜附着力为0级、光泽度为97,硬度为5H,均比市售同类产品高.
Study on Synthesis and Properties of UV-Curable Polyurethane Acrylate
UV-curable nine functional polyurethane acrylate(PUA) prepolymer was synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),pentaerythritol tri-acrylate (PETA) and glycerol.Effects of temperature,time and catalyst on the synthesis of PUA prepolymer were discussed.Its structure was characterized by FI-IR.The UV-curable film properties were tested such as adhesion,glossiness,hardness,etc.The experimental results showed that the PUA prepolymer was synthesized stepwise,the first step was the reaction temperature 65 ℃,reaction time 2.5 hours,and the amount of catalyst 0.02%,the second step was reaction temperature 75 ℃,reaction time 2.5 hours.The film adhesion was 0,the glossiness was 97,the hardness was 5H,the properties were higher than commercial products.
