有机硅改性水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的制备及性能

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI) 、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG) 、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA) 、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等为原料合成了含双键的聚氨酯乳液,再与有机硅偶联剂KH570、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA) 、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)进行自由基聚合,制备了有机硅改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)复合乳液.讨论了KH570用量对PUA胶膜耐水性、耐热性和力学性能的影响,并通过红外光谱、热重分析、粒度分析等测试对其结构和性能进行表征.结果表明,当固体分中KH570质量分数小于7.65%,乳液稳定性良好;随着KH570添加量增大,乳液粒径逐渐增大,胶膜吸水率下降,水接触角增大,耐水性、热稳定性和力学性能得到较大提高.
Preparation and Property of Organic Silicone Modified Waterborne Polyurethane/Acrylate Composite Emulsion
Waterborne polyurethane (WPU) containing the unsaturated double bond were synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) , polyoxypropylene glycol (PPG) , dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) as main materials.Then, the organic silicone modified polyurethane-acrylate(PUA) composite emulsions were obtained via the free radical polymerization, with the WPU as the seed emulsion and with γ-methacryoxy propytrimethoxysilane (KH570) , methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA) as the main monomers.The composite emulsions as well as their films were characterized by means of FT-IR, TG and par-ticle size analyzer.The influences of KH570 dosages on the water resistance, thermal stability and mechanical prop-erties of PUA membranes were discussed.The results showed that the PUA emulsion had good stability when the mass fraction of KH570 in the film was less than 7.65%.The emulsion particle size increased, the film of water contact angle increased, the water absorption ratio decreased, water-resistance, thermal stability and mechanical properties were greatly improved as the dosage of KH570 increased.
