硅酸盐/聚氨酯脲复合加固材料的制备及性能研究

以硅酸盐、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯(PAPI)等为主要原料制备硅酸盐/聚氨酯脲复合加固材料.研究了硅酸盐、PAPI、柠檬酸三辛酯及聚合物多元醇POP45G的用量对硅酸盐/聚氨酯脲复合加固材料性能的影响,并对复合加固材料进行了红外光谱及热学性能表征.结果表明:以82~86 份的混合硅酸盐水玻璃等为A组分,以65~67 份的PAPI、8~10 份的柠檬酸三辛酯、15~20 份的POP45G等为B组分,由A、B组分混合制备得到非结晶的无规聚合物硅酸盐/聚氨酯脲复合加固材料,其力学性能优异,阻燃性能优良.该复合加固材料绿色环保,且具有良好的安全性及性价比.
Study on Preparation and Performance of Silicate/Polyurethane-urea Composite Reinforcement Materials
The silicate/polyurethane-urea composite reinforcement materials were prepared with silicate and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate(PAPI)as main raw materials.The effects of the dosage of silicate,PAPI,trioctyl citrate and polyol POP45G on the properties of silicate/urethane-urea composites were studied,and the composite reinforcement material was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and thermal properties.The results showed that,with 82~86 parts of mixed silicate aqueous solution as the main component of A,with 65~67 parts of PAPI,8~10 parts of trioctyl citrate and 15~20 parts of POP45G as the main component of B,the amorphous polymer silicate/polyurethane-urea composite reinforcement material was prepared by mixing A and B.The material had excellent mechanical properties and flame retardant properties.The composite reinforcement material was green and environmentally friendly,and had good safety and cost performance.
