Preparation and Performance Research of an Elastic Protective Coating for Acoustic Covering Layer
An elastic polyurea protective material for the surface of rubber acoustic covering layer was prepared by using liquified MDI 50,amino-terminated polyether,amine chain extender,etc.Its flame retardant property was modified.The mechanical and acoustic properties,environmental resistance and flame retardancy were studied.The results showed that the material had excellent mechanical properties and environmental resistance,and the oxygen index of the modified material could reach 27.When combined with a special primer,the material had a good adhesion to the acoustic cover and could provide effective protection for the acoustic cover.
