开孔剂对慢回弹聚氨酯泡沫开孔性的影响及检测方法对比研究

将开孔剂KY1216、BDM-5、1900H以不同用量应用于慢回弹聚氨酯泡沫配方中,采用传统吐泡法(TBM)、透气仪法(BM)、塌泡落差法(BCDM)对不同试样的开孔效果进行检测.结果表明,采用BCDM检测泡沫开孔性能时数据直观、判断准确、方便快捷,成本低,提高了开孔剂的检测效率,值得作为慢回弹开孔剂的高效检测方法推广和应用.
Effect of Cell Opener on Cell-opening Property of Slow Resilience PU Foams and Comparison of Detection Methods
The cell opener KY1216,BDM-5 and 1900H were applied to the slow resilience polyurethane(PU)foam with different dosage,and the cell-opening properties of different samples were tested by traditional bubble method(TBM),breathable meter method(BM)and bubble collapse drop method(BCDM).The results showed that BCDM had the advantages of intuitive data,accurate judgement,convenient and fast and low lost,which improved the detection efficiency of cell opener,and was worthy of being promoted and applied as an efficient detection method for slow resilience cell opener.
