Influence Factors of Thickness Deviation of PU Color Steel Sandwich Insulation Panel by Continuous Process
Combined with the actual production,the influence offormula and production process on the thickness deviation of polyurethane color steel sandwich panel were introduced in detail.The results showed that,with the increase of hydroxyl value of polyester polyol,the crosslinking density of the foam increased and the thickness deviation decreased.With the increase of water content in the formula,a large number of urea groups were generated and a lot of heat was released in the reaction process.When the heat was greater,the pressure relief expansion of the board was more serious out of the machine.The rigid urea groups prevented the shrink of the sheet during the curing process,which lead to the large thickness deviation of the board.As the production line speed slowed down,the curing time of the foam in the double-track laminating machine was longer,the reaction of foam was more complete,the strength improve greater,and the thickness deviation of the plate was smaller.
