一种高强度单组分疏水型灌浆材料的研制

不同的聚醚多元醇与异氰酸酯合成预聚体,采用常温下相对挥发性较小的助剂与预聚体复配成单组分疏水型化学注浆液.通过对注浆液遇水反应生成固结体的抗压强度进行对比,同时考察了不同原料对施工工艺(可灌性、膨胀倍率等)的影响.结果表明,采用季戊四醇聚醚多元醇和聚合MDI合成的预聚体与增塑剂DBP 等复配成的注浆液可以满足低黏度高强度的要求,适用于水利、大坝、矿山、民用等对防水加固要求较高的领域.
Development of a High-strength Single-component Hydrophobic Grouting Material
The prepolymers were synthesized by polymerization of different polyether polyols and polyisocyanates.A series of one-component hydrophobic chemical slurries was formulated by the prepolymer and less-volatile additives at room temperature.By comparing the compressive strength of cement formed by the reaction of grout injection with water,the influence of different raw materials on the construction technology(irrigation ability,expansion rate,etc.)was investigated.The results showed that the grouting material composed of prepolymer synthesized by pentaerythritol-polyether polyol and polymeric MDI,and diluted with the plasticizer DBP could meet the requirements of high strength and low viscosity.It was suitable for water conservancy,dam,mine,civil and other fields with high waterproof reinforcement requirements.
