一种客车座椅用低气味高阻燃聚氨酯泡沫的开发

以低挥发性有机物(VOC)聚醚多元醇、低VOC聚合物多元醇、交联剂、反应型催化剂、有机硅匀泡剂及开孔剂为A组分,改性MDI为B组分,制备了一种低气味、高阻燃的客车座椅用聚氨酯泡沫产品.研究了聚醚多元醇、聚合物多元醇以及交联剂对泡沫制品性能的影响,并检测了产品的阻燃性能和VOC含量.结果表明,聚醚10LD8005、聚合物多元醇HPOP40 和交联剂二乙醇胺的用量分别为20 份、30 份和1 份时,泡沫制品的力学性能最好.由其生产的客车座椅聚氨酯泡沫产品的VOC能满足ISO 12219-2:2012 要求,阻燃性能满足《营运客车内饰材料阻燃特性》标准要求.
The Development of a Low Odor and High Flame Retardant Polyurethane Foam for Bus Seat
A low odor and high flame retardant polyurethane foam for bus seat was prepared using low volatile organic compound(VOC)polyether,low VOC polymer polyol,crosslinking agent,reactive catalyst,silicone foam stabilizer and opening agent as component A,and a modified MDI(polyisocyanate)as component B.The effects of polyether polyol,polymer polyol and crosslinking agent on the properties of foam product were studied,and the flame retardancy and VOC content of the product were detected.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the product were the best when the dosage of the polyether polyol 10LD8005,polymer polyol HPOP40 and diethanolamine were 20 parts,30 part and 1 part,respectively.The polyurethane foam products for bus seat produced by this system material could meet the requirements of VOC of the standard ISO 12219-2:2012,and the flame retardancy meet the standard requirements of Flammability Characteristics of Interior Materials for Commercial Buses.
