聚氨酯混凝土钢桥面铺装层间性能研究

通过试验研究了聚氨酯混凝土的力学性能和微观结构等.结果表明,聚氨酯混凝土可以与钢桥面形成牢固的粘接力,层间粘接强度均高于聚氨酯混凝土的抗拉强度,环境温度 60℃下聚氨酯混凝土的抗拉强度不足25℃时的50%且不足-30℃的30%,受压剪切角度为15°时试件破坏形式为受压破坏,受压剪切角度为45°试件的破坏形式为剪切破坏,组合结构具有较好的抗疲劳开裂能力.本研究为聚氨酯混凝土钢桥面铺装层的设计和应用提供了重要的参考依据.
Study on Interlayer Performance of Polyurethane Concrete Steel Bridge Deck Pavement
The mechanical properties and microstructure of polyurethane concrete were studied by experiments.The results showed that polyurethane concrete could form a strong bonding force with steel bridge deck,and the interlayer bonding strength was higher than the tensile strength of polyurethane concrete.The tensile strength of polyurethane concrete at 60℃ was less than 50%of that at 25℃ and less than 30%of that at-30℃.The failure form of the specimen was compressive failure when the compressive shear angle was 15°.When the shear angle was 45°,the failure mode of the specimen was shear failure,and the composite structure had good anti-fatigue cracking ability.This study provided an important reference for the design and application of polyurethane concrete steel bridge deck pavement.
