Effect of PTMG/PNA Ratio in the PU on the Performance of Synthetic Plastic Track Material
Polyurethane prepolymers were synthesized by reaction of polyethertriol 330N,polyether diol 220A,PTMG2000 and polyester diol PNA2000 with 4,4′-methylenebis(cyclohexyl isocyanate)(HMDI)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)as raw material.One-component polyurethane binders were prepared by adding HDI trimer, plasticizer ATBC and catalyst T-12 to the prepolymers, then the plastic track materials were prepared mixing the binder with EPDM rubber particles. The influence of PTMG2000/PNA2000 mass ratio on the mechanical properties, impact absorption, vertical deformation and aging resistance of synthetic plastic track samples was investigated. The results showed that, when the mass ratio of PTMG2000/PNA2000 was 30/20,the tensile strength and impact absorption of the synthetic plastic track material were the highest, the elongation at break was the lowest, and the reduction of tensile strength and impact absorption after thermal oxygen aging was the smallest. When the mass ratio of PTMG2000/PNA2000 was 20/30,the vertical deformation was the lowest.
