后扩链剂对水性聚氨酯性能影响的研究

研究了水性聚氨酯(WPU)合成过程中水合肼(HyHy)、二乙烯三胺(DETA)、异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)和乙二胺(EDA)这4 种后扩链剂对乳液粒径、胶膜拉伸性能、耐水/耐溶剂性以及合成革物性的影响.结果表明,不同后扩链剂对所制备WPU的粒径无明显影响,当后扩链系数为 0.55时,以HyHy为后扩链剂的WPU胶膜的综合应用性能最佳,100%定伸模量为 1.20 MPa,伸长率为922%,拉伸强度为16.3 MPa,耐水/耐溶剂性能最佳;HyHy不同的后扩链系数对所制备WPU的粒径影响不大,后扩链系数为0.50 时,胶膜的综合性能和制得合成革的物性最佳,耐折牢度达13.4 万次,耐磨耗达4 000 次,抗粘着性达5 级,展色性达5 级.
Effect of Post-chain-extender on the Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane
The effects of post-chain-extender of hydrazine hydrate(HyHy),diethylenetriamine(DETA),isophorone diamine(IPDA)and ethylenediamine(EDA)on the emulsion particle size,film tensile properties,water/solvent resistance and physical properties of synthetic leather during the synthesis of WPU were studied.The results showed that different post-chain-extenders had no obvious influence on the particle size of WPU.When the chain extension coefficient was 0.55,the WPU film with HyHy as the post chain extender had the best comprehensive application performance,the 100%Young's modulus was 1.20 MPa,the elongation at break was 922%,the tensile strength was 16.3 MPa,and the water/solvent resistance was the best.Different post chain extension coefficient of HyHy had little effect on the particle size of prepared WPU.When the post chain extension coefficient was 0.50,the comprehensive properties of the film and the physical properties of the prepared synthetic leather were the best,the folding-fastness was 134 000 times,the abrasion resistance was 4 000 times,both adhesion-resistance and color-spreading property were up to level 5.
