研究了不同工业品热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)膜在锂离子电池电解液中的溶胀性能和耐溶解性.将一种聚酯二醇和少量氢化端羟基聚 1,4-丁二烯(H-HTPB)混合为低聚物多元醇,与二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和1,4-丁二醇反应制备了不同H-HTPB比例的TPU薄膜,研究了不同硬度以及NCO/OH基团摩尔比(R值)对材料溶胀性能和耐溶解性的影响.结果表明,聚酯型TPU的溶胀性能最优但耐热电解质溶解性较差,通过添加质量分数10%的H-HTPB,邵A硬度 90 的TPU膜室温下2h溶胀率达到30%,85℃下1h形态保持完好.
Preparation and Swelling Performance of TPU Lithium Battery Swelling Tape
The swelling properties and solubility resistance of a series of industrial thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)films in lithium ion battery electrolyte were studied.TPU films with different proportions of H-HTPB were prepared with a polyester diol and a small amount of hydrogenated hydroxy-terminated poly1,4-butadiene(H-HTPB)as mixture,reacted with diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 1,4-butadiol.The effects of hardness and nNCO/nOH(R value)on swelling property and solubility resistance were studied.The results showed that the polyester TPU had the best swelling performance but poor hot electrolyte solubility resistance.By adding 10%H-HTPB,the swelling ratio of 90A hardness polyester TPU film reached 30%at room temperature after 2 h,and the film kept intact at 85℃for 1 h.
