戊烷发泡B2级聚氨酯连续板性能研究

以聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、匀泡剂、催化剂、阻燃剂、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)和发泡剂正戊烷等为原料制备B2 级连续板聚氨酯泡沫塑料.探讨了聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、水、阻燃剂、催化剂及发泡剂的选择和用量对聚氨酯模压泡沫塑料厚度、尺寸稳定性、粘结性、流动性、阻燃性及抗压强度的影响.结果表明:聚酯多元醇的种类对泡沫开模厚度及最终制品厚度有显著影响,制品厚度与强度未见正相关性;降低水用量、阻燃剂用量对提高制品厚度、粘结性有帮助;降低水量后,泡沫生长方向强度有改善,整体强度差别不大;添加聚醚多元醇对泡沫体系的流动性有帮助;选择更温和的聚异氰脲酸酯反应催化剂有助于泡沫流动性和泡沫芯材厚度的改善,对泡沫整体强度影响不大.
Research on the Performance of Pentane Blown B2 Grade Polyurethane Continuous Board
B2 grade continuous plate polyurethane foam was prepared with polyester polyol,polyether polyol,foam homogenizer,catalyst,flame retardant,polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate(PAPI)and foaming agent pentane etc.as raw materials.The effects of the selection and dosage of polyester polyol,polyether polyol,water,flame retardant,catalyst and foaming agent on the thickness,dimensional stability,adhesion,fluidity,flame retardancy and compressive strength of polyurethane molded foam were discussed.The results showed that the type of polyester polyol had a significant effect on foam mold thickness and final product thickness,and there was no positive correlation between product thickness and strength.Reducing the dosage of water and flame retardant was helpful in improving the thickness and adhesion of products.After reducing the water content,the strength of foam growth direction was improved,and the overall strength difference was not significant.The addition of polyether polyol was helpful for the fluidity of foam system.The selection of milder PIR reaction catalyst was helpful in improving the fluidity of system and the thickness of foam,and had little effect on the overall strength of foam.
