基于生物基聚醚的聚氨酯塑胶跑道材料的制备及性能

以生物基聚1,3-丙二醇(PO3G)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)等为原料,制备了无溶剂单组分聚氨酯粘合剂,并与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)颗粒混合,制备透气型聚氨酯塑胶跑道材料.对比考察了3 种聚醚二醇——PO3G、石油基聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMEG),以及聚醚三醇330N用量对聚氨酯粘合剂以及塑胶跑道材料性能的影响.结果表明,PO3G可完全替代PPG用于制备粘合剂,其黏度与PPG体系非常接近;当PO3G型聚氨酯粘合剂与EPDM颗粒质量比为1/5 时,塑胶跑道材料拉伸强度可达到0.90 MPa,相比PPG体系提高30%左右,断裂伸长率达94%,远超国标中伸长率大于 40%的要求;用 330N代替部分PO3G时,所制备的塑胶跑道材料仍具有良好的力学性能.
Preparation and Properties of Polyurethane Plastic Runway Material Based on Bio-polyether
A solvent-free one-component polyurethane binder was prepared using bio-based 1,3-propanediol(PO3G),MDI-50,etc.The breathable polyurethane plastic track materials were prepared by mixing the binders with EPDM rubber particles.The effects of three polyether diols—PO3G,petroleum-based polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG)and polytetrahydrofuran glycol(PTMEG),and dosage of polyether triol 330N on the performance of PU binders and the plastic track materials were studied.The results showed that PO3G could completely replaced the petroleum-based polyether polyol PPG in preparing binder,and its viscosity was very close to PPG system.When the mass ratio of PO3G polyurethane adhesive and EPDM particle was 1/5,the tensile strength of the plastic track materias could reach 0.90 MPa,which was about 30%higher than that of PPG system,and the elongation at break reached 94%,far exceeding the national standard requirement of elongation at break greater than 40%.When 330N was used to replace part of PO3G,the prepared plastic truck material still had good mechanical properties.
