摘要
蜡样芽胞杆菌群由蜡样芽胞杆菌及其近缘菌组成,该群内菌种由于在表型特征和基因特征上高度相似,使该群菌分类和鉴定复杂且难以统一.随着分子生物学和基因组学的发展,该群分类学研究发展迅速,目前已形成了表型、基因组以及将表型和基因组特征相结合的基因种/亚种/生物变种方法等几种分类框架.本研究就近年来蜡样芽胞杆菌群分类学研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
The Bacillus cereus group(B.cereus group)is a species complex composed of Bacillus cereus(B.cereus)and its closely related species.The classification and identification of species within this group is complicated and difficult due to the high similarity in phenotypic and genetic characteristics.With the development of molecular biology and genomics in recent years,the taxonomic research of B.cereus group has developed rapidly,and several current taxonomic framework have been formed in parallel,including phenotypic,genomic,and genomospecies/subspecies/biovar taxonomy that combines phenotype and genomic characteristics.The research progress was reviewed in this paper.
