摘要
绝大多数结核病患者经过规范性治疗可以成功治疗.但全球范围内,无论是结核病低负担还是高负担国家,结核病成功治疗后的复发都已成为阻碍结核病消除的重要挑战.近年来有关结核病复发的系统性论述较少,为此本研究查阅了国内外相关文献,分别从结核病复发的定义、流行病学、机制、影响因素和干预措施等5个方面进行了综述,供研究者借鉴.
Abstract
The majority of tuberculosis(TB)patients can be successfully cured after standardized treatment.However,the recurrence of TB after the successful treatment has become an important challenge for the elimination of TB in both low-and high TB burden countries worldwide.Less systematic reviews about TB recurrence have been made in recent years.Therefore,based on the literature retrieval of related research both at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the progress in the research of TB recurrence in terms of definition,epidemiology,mechanism,influencing factors and interventions to provide reference for researchers.
