摘要
结核病仍旧是威胁人类健康的重要公共卫生问题.尽管多数国家建立了结核病监测系统,但各国在监测系统建设、管理,数据上报质量等方面存在较大差距.本研究对世界卫生组织、欧洲、美国、日本、澳大利亚和中国的结核病监测系统的概况、监测内容、报告流程等进行梳理和分析,旨在为全球及各国家结核病防控及监测系统建设、完善提供参考.
Abstract
Tuberculosis remains a public health issue that threatens human well-being.Although most of countries have established tuberculosis surveillance systems,there are large gaps between countries regarding system construction,management,and data reporting quality.Our study described the profile,content and reporting process of tuberculosis surveillance systems in the World Health Organization,Europe,United States,Japan,Australia and China,aiming to provide references for the construction and improvement of tuberculosis surveillance systems,and for prevention and control of the disease at global and national level.1.
