摘要
目的 了解浙江省衢州市初中女生家长人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗犹豫现状,并基于5C量表分析其影响因素.方法 2022年11-12月,随机抽取衢州市3个区(县)(柯城区、龙游县、开化县)城区范围内6所初中的女生家长,采用开展"问卷星"平台进行线上问卷调查.结果 共回收有效问卷956份.调查对象中疫苗犹豫者271人(28.35％),疫苗接种率为7.53％(72人).多因素分析结果提示,高知识知晓率[比值比(OR)=0.87,P=0.002]、自信(OR=0.05,P＜0.001)是HPV疫苗犹豫的保护因素,自满(OR=2.52,P＜0.001)和权衡(OR=1.46,P=0.046)则是危险因素.结论 衢州市初中女生家长对HPV疫苗存在一定程度的犹豫,疫苗接种率低.提高家长对HPV相关知识的知晓率,增加家长对HPV疫苗有效性、安全性的信任,减少自满情绪,能有效减少家长对孩子接种HPV疫苗的犹豫.
Abstract
Objective To assess the level of human papilloma virus(HPV)vaccine hesitancy in parents of middle school girl students in Quzhou,and analyze the influencing factors using the 5C scale.Methods By random sampling,an online questionnaire survey was conducted in parents of girl students from six middle schools in three counties in Quzhou(Kecheng,Longyou,and Kaihua)between November and December 2022.Results A total of 956 valid questionnaires were collected for analysis.The results showed that 28.35％of parents were hesitant about the vaccination,the vaccination rate was only 7.53％.The results of multivariate analysis indicated that the high knowledge awareness[odds ratio(OR)=0.87,P=0.002]and self-confidence(OR=0.05,P＜0.001)were the protective factors against HPV vaccination hesitancy,while complacency(OR=2.52,P＜0.001)and calculation(OR=1.46,P=0.046)were risk factors.Conclusion Parents of middle school girl students in Quzhou showed certain hesitancy to HPV vaccination for their daughters,resulting in lower HPV vaccination rate in the girl students.It is very important to improve parents'awareness of HPV,increase their trust in the effectiveness and safety of HPV vaccine,and reduce complacency to improve the HPV vaccination in girl students.
