STUDY AND EVALUATION OF OPTIMAL SCHEME OF 2-VO MODELING METHOD FOR VASCULAR DEMENTIA IN RATS
The 2-VO modeling method for vascular dementia in rats is the most commonly used modeling method for VD studies at home and abroad.This method has the advantages of good repeatability,easy operation and strict evaluation indicators,but at the same time,the 2-VO modeling method still has shortcomings such as gaps with clinical pathogenesis.The optimal meth-ods of 2-VO modeling for vascular dementia in rats include 2-VO+improved operation mode,2-VO+sodium nitroprusside mod-eling,2-VO+other pathogenic factors modeling,etc.The evaluation methods of the constructed rat vascular dementia model mainly focus on the aspects of behavior,histomorphology,imaging,blood biochemistry and related indexes.In this paper,the con-struction methods,advantages and disadvantages of the above-mentioned 2-VO model optimization schemes for rat vascular de-mentia were summarized,and the evaluation methods of VD model were summarized,in order to provide reference for future ex-perimental studies.
