INVESTIGATION ON KNOWLEDGE,BELIEF AND PRACTICE OF DRUG SAFETY OF PREGNANT WOMEN IN 6 HOSPITALS IN ORDOS CITY AND ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCING FACTORS
Objective To investigate the status of"knowledge-attitude-behavior"(KAP)mode of drug behavior risk in 6 hospitals in Ordos city.Methods The non-probability sampling method and the self-prepared questionnaire.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS25.0;P<0.05 indicates a statistical significance.Results A total of 616 valid questionnaires were col-lected.Respondents'medication knowledge score(23.58±5.10),medication education attitude score(24.05±4.36),and drug behavior score(17.85±5.08).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the independent influencing factors of education,BMI before delivery,living in town,BMI before abortion,medical occupation before delivery,pregnancy complications,urban residence and attitude,BMI before delivery,total knowledge score and attitude score were all independent influencing factors of behavior.Conclusions AThe overall attitude of pregnancy women is positive and needs to be improved.Good drug knowledge and positive drug attitude and safe drug behavior influence each other.
