PHARMACEUTICAL CARE OF NUTRITIONAL THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH COLORECTAL CANCER DURING PERIOPERATIVE PERIOD
Objective To explore the working mode of clinical pharmacists'pharmaceutical care in the perioperative nu-tritional treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods Individualized pharmaceutical care was provided to 3 patients with colorectal cancer during perioperative nutrition therapy,including high-risk patients with refeeding syndrome and patients with complica-tions of parenteral and enteral nutrition therapy.Results All three patients received individualized nutrition support program and comprehensive pharmaceutical care to achieve the purpose of nutritional support.Conclusions Clinical pharmacists can play an active role in the establishment of perioperative nutritional pharmaceutical care model for colorectal cancer.
