Puberty is a normal developmental process in which A series of endocrine changes lead to the full maturation of secondary sexual characteristics and the formation of reproductive capacity.However,in recent years,more and more precocious puberty has occurred.At present,the pathogenesis of precocious puberty is not completely clear,but some studies have found that some genes may be related to the incidence of precocious puberty.This article reviews the research progress of KISS1,KISS1R,MKRNS3,DLK1 and LIN28B.
