To address the issues of inadequate emphasis and inadequate system in occupational health and safety management in ship research institutes,a sound occupational health and safety management plan is proposed from multiple aspects such as system construction,training and publicity,environmental improvement,daily monitoring,technological means,and assessment and accountability.Reducing the risk of occupational health injuries to employees to a lower level.Research results provide a certain reference for protecting the occupational health rights and interests of workers and strengthening the occupational health management of ship research institutes.
