In order to improve the present situations for frequent personnel flow and large differences in design level in the process of outsourcing for ship production design,based on the form of outsourcing for ship production design and the characteristics of the design companies that undertake outsourcing for ship production design in the market,the difficulties faced in the design process are analyzed,and relevant improvement measures are discussed from various aspects such as design planning,personnel management,working hour management,plan management and quality management.A set of suggestions for outsourcing planning of production design are systematically summarized,which could provide comprehensive guidance for the whole process control of outsourcing for the ship production design.The research results could provide reference for the healthy development of outsourcing for ship production design in the future.
