为了进一步提升造船的质量,减少由于精度控制缺陷导致的返工等问题的发生,以促进国内船舶建造过程中精度控制技术的发展,从船舶制造管理要点等角度探讨当前中国船企在精度技术上存在的缺陷,围绕船舶建造精度管理及控制技术开展相应的理论研究与技术论证,分析船舶建造精度发展的关键技术.结果表明,当前国内船舶制造企业亟待解决的问题主要集中于精度标准的制定、检测智能化的程度、检测技术及仪器开发等方面.研究成果可为船舶建造精度技术的进一步发展提供一定参考.
Precision Technology in Ship Construction
In order to further improve the quality of shipbuilding,reduce the occurrence of rework and other problems caused by precision control defects,and promote the development of precision control technology in the process of domestic ship construction,the defects existing in the precision technology of Chinese ship enterprises are discussed from the perspective of ship manufacturing management points.The corresponding theoretical research and technical demonstration are carried out around the precision management and control technology of ship construction,and the key technologies of precision development of ship construction are analyzed.The results show that the urgent problems to be solved in domestic shipbuilding enterprises mainly focus on the formulation of precision standards,the degree of intelligent detection,detection technology and instrument development.The research results can provide some reference for the further development of ship construction precision technology.
