Digital Interference Solution Strategy for Polar Multi-Purpose Ship Tooling Scaffolding
Scaffolds are essential auxiliary tools in the shipbuilding process,and structural interference has always been a problem that cannot be avoided during the installation of scaffolds.Taking a polar multifunctional transport ship as an example,By combing the digital design ideas of tooling scaffolding in the design process,the design methods,technical difficulties,solution strategies and other aspects are analyzed.A method of applying 3D simulation technology to solve the structural interference problem of scaffolds is proposed.The results show that this method can effectively reduce the probability of interference of scaffolds.The research results have certain reference value for solving the interference and collision problem of scaffolds.
