Design of Engine Room Ventilation System Based on Energy Saving
In order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction, the ship actively seeks to optimize the design of each system to maximize energy saving.According to the number of main engines running under different working conditions and the size of the load, the ventilation system is optimized to achieve the effect of energy saving.By installing differential pressure transmitters and temperature sensors in the engine room to monitor the status of the engine room and feed signals back to the central control system, which compares the signal value with the system set value and outputs relevant commands to the fan frequency converter to realize the starting and stopping of the fan and the adjustment of the speed.Through the verification of the real ship, the fan can automatically adjust the start-stop and fan speed according to the environmental feedback signal, and the ventilation system has been optimized in terms of intelligence and energy saving. This design can provide a reference for the intelligent optimization design of marine engine room ventilation system.
