针对海上抛砂回填装备在石料转运清理过程中自动化程度不高且石料清理费时费力的问题,结合现场生产实际需求,研制一种新型的海上抛砂回填装备石料转运清理装置.该装置结合螺旋输送机构的设计,当其螺旋取料机构进入石料池后,通过旋转将石料送入承料筒,再由垂直螺旋和水平螺旋输送石料到池外卸载地点.对该装置的结构设计及工作过程进行简介,并在SolidWorks中建立三维模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对重点结构进行设计分析,判断其可行性.分析结果表明,该装置可有效提高石料转运和清理效率,减少工人的劳动强度,具有广阔的应用前景.
Design of Stone Cleaning and Transfer Device for Offshore Sand Dumping Equipment
Combining the practical production needs on-site,a new type of sea sand backfilling equipment stone material transport and cleaning device has been developed and it's designed to address the issue of low automation and time-consuming stone material cleaning during the process of stone material transport and cleaning in sea sand backfilling equipment.The device incorporates the design of a spiral conveying mechanism,once the spiral feeding mechanism enters the stone pool,it rotates to transfer the stone material into the holding cylinder and then the stone material is transported to the unloading site outside the pool using the vertical and horizontal spirals.This particle gives the design of structure and the design process and creats a three-dimensional model in SolidWorks.At the same time,the feasibility of key structures is analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The device effectively enhances the efficiency of stone material transport and cleaning,reduces labor intensity,and holds great potential for various applications.
