Hydraulic Synchronous Control Design in Offshore Pipeline Governance Throwing Facility
An existing large-scale marine pipe laying and throwing structure is able to replace traditional sand throwing methods to better complete the sand throwing action. To achieve the movement of the mechanical structure in the pipeline deployment mechanism, improve the stability of the mechanical structure, and enhance the efficiency of the deployment process,a hydraulic system for the large-scale deployment mechanism is designed. This system utilizes synchronized motors to control two hydraulic motors, and applies PID control to synchronize the operations of the hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders. This ensures coordinated motion between the synchronized motors, guaranteeing precise control of the deployment mechanism, improving deployment efficiency, and enhancing the stability of the pipeline deployment mechanical structure. The research findings provide reliable hydraulic system technical support for the pipeline deployment mechanism.
