Stability Optimization Design of Heavy-Loaded Eccentric Walking Mechanism for Submarine Pipeline Dumping and Filling Equipment
In order to develop a new type of high-efficiency and automated dumping guidance equipment for submarine pipeline suspension control,a heavy-duty eccentric balance wheelset mechanism with high adjustability is designed to ensure the accuracy,stability,reliability,and safety of the equipment during its operation.The height of the wheelset is adjusted based on the relative position of the horizontal movement of the dumping mechanism,balancing the eccentric moment and optimizing the load distribution of the wheelset.At the same time,the strength of the key components of the new eccentric balance wheelset mechanism is calculated and analyzed using finite element software.The results show that the stress at critical points of the axle decreases by 61%compared to before balancing,and the axle's deformation is reduces by 57%.This reduction in stress concentration not only lowers the risk of damage to the dumping mechanism but also validates the effectiveness and safety of the eccentric motion balancing device.The research findings provide theoretical and technical support for the development of new,efficient,and automated submarine pipeline suspension control equipment.
