A Systematic Analysis Method of Thermopile Sensor Noise
This paper expounds the infrared detectors and principle of Seibelk effect.It is characterized by uncooled operation at the room temperature,widely spectrum response range,circuit output simply and low cost.Thermopile is equivalent to a thermistor on the circuit,the thermal noise is the key indicator,and its performance is also related to the circuit.This paper proposes a new approach to a system noise analysis,which can analyze the system performance on the sensor design stage.
