摘要
阐述MOS半桥驱动电路的原理,分析死区时间和续流电容在MOS半桥驱动电路中的应用,探讨零电压开关技术的在MOS半桥驱动电路中的重要性、零电压开关技术在设计中的基本原则.
Abstract
This paper describes dead-time and continued flow capacitor in the MOS driving half-bridge,discusses the necessity of dead-time and continued flow capacitor,accordingly introduces the significance of zero-voltage switching(ZVS)technology to MOS half-bridge circuit.With discussing in detail the relationship of average current,deadtime,power voltage and continued flow capacitor,it finally points out that the period of deadtime and the value of continued flow current should be matched in circuit design.
