Abstract
This paper describes the competition in integrated circuit manufacturing,where talent is the source of strength for enterprise development.It explores that the selection,cultivation,and application of talent are manifestations of the core competitiveness of enterprises,and analyzes the design and application of technology high potential talent projects and competency models.
