Abstract
This paper describes the teaching design of integrated circuit courses,including course settings,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching plans.Analyzing teaching reform strategies based on the background of engineering certification,the thinking,practical,and planning content of the curriculum has been placed at a more prominent level.
