Abstract
This paper describes the role of speed controllers in hydropower plants,analyzes the causes of speed controller failures,and proposes solutions,including dealing with frequent speed controller trips,oil tank failures,abnormal startup frequency issues,load fluctuations,and management measures to optimize equipment performance systems.
