摘要

阐述兼顾转炉炉底侵蚀与冶金效果的底吹方案设计,包括完善相关工艺及装置设计,提出相应的底吹供气量,达到削弱钢液对炉底的侵蚀,降低终点磷含量、终渣全铁含量和终点碳氧积的目的.

Abstract

This paper expounds the design of a bottom blowing scheme that takes into account both the erosion of the converter bottom and the metallurgical effect,including improving the relevant process and device design,proposing corresponding bottom blowing gas supply,in order to weaken the erosion of steel on the furnace bottom,reduce the endpoint phosphorus content,total iron content in the final slag,and endpoint carbon and oxygen accumulation.
