摘要

阐述660MW燃煤机组选择性催化还原脱硝系统的特点,针对在超低排放过程中出现的因设备缺陷、逻辑不当、NOx分布不均、氨逃逸大的异常,造成脱硝系统自动长期无法投入、脱硝耗材增加的问题,探讨运行状况和诊断策略,采取有效的预防措施.

Abstract

This paper expounds the characteristics of the selective catalytic reduction denitrification system for 660MW coal-fired units.In response to the problems of equipment defects,improper logic,uneven distribution of NOx,and large ammonia escape that occur during the ultra-low emission process,resulting in the automatic long-term inability to put the denitrification system into operation and an increase in denitrification consumables,it explores the operating conditions and diagnostic strategies,and takes effective preventive measures.
