Analysis of Data Collection Strategies for Real Estate Information Websites Based on Python
This paper expounds the design and process of a Python data collection and analysis system.The Scrapy framework is applied to crawl data information from second-hand housing websites,process it,and store it in a database.Based on the basic conditions of different housing sources such as regional data,regional average prices,decoration conditions,and housing types,the current situation information,housing price trends,and retrieval goals of the second-hand housing market are reasonably analyzed,and the data results are visualized and displayed.
