摘要
阐述电子汽车衡在贸易结算过程中的检定问题原因,包括偏载测试、称量测试无法满足规程要求、检定条件受到制约,提出电子汽车衡检定改进方法,可以适当调整载荷位置、采用闪变点法与叠加法、避免称重显示仪和秤台故障.
Abstract
This paper expounds the reasons for the calibration problems of electronic car scales in the process of trade settlement,including biased load testing,weighing tests that cannot meet regulatory requirements,and restricted calibration conditions.It proposes an improvement method for electronic car scale calibration,which can adjust the load position appropriately,use flicker point method and superposition method,and avoid faults in the weighing display instrument and weighing platform.
