摘要
阐述AGV具有适应性好、柔性程度高、可靠性好、可实现生产和搬运功能的集成化和自动化的优点,广泛应用于数字化制造系统中.探讨以AGV小车在光伏工程中的传统技术为基础,扩展AGV小车的功能,结合激光SLAM和系统信息化技术,设计一款柔性无轨AGV和配套系统.经过测试和项目实际验证,柔性无轨AGV和配套系统可在光伏工程中得到应用.
Abstract
This paper describes the advantages of AGV,including good adaptability,high flexibility,good reliability,and the integration and automation of production and handling functions,which are widely used in digital manufacturing systems.It explores the traditional technology of AGV cars in photovoltaic engineering,expands the functions of AGV cars,and combines laser SLAM and system information technology to design a flexible trackless AGV and supporting system.After testing and project verification,flexible trackless AGVs and supporting systems can be applied in photovoltaic engineering.
