Study on the Degradation Behavior of Key Components of Instrument Control Power Module
This paper describes that power modules are widely present in the instrumentation and control systems of nuclear power plants, providing a source of power for control and protection circuits. As the service life increases, the key components of the power module will undergo degradation or even failure, thereby reducing the reliability of the power supply. It explores the degradation mechanisms and patterns of key components in power modules, analyzes the reverse and aging mechanisms of circuits, screens sensitive components that are prone to failure, and identifies key performance indicators of components.By conducting accelerated aging and performance testing of components, the degradation law of component performance is studied, and a component life model is established to provide a case reference for the overall life assessment of power module components and modules in nuclear power plants.
