Design and Implementation of a High-voltage Step-down Switch Charging Management Chip
This paper describes the design of a high-efficiency high-voltage input,step-down switch type charging management chip,which includes two switching transistors and a blocking MOS transistor.Blocking diodes can effectively prevent chip backflow.The chip is equipped with a constant voltage loop and a constant current loop.
