摘要

阐述一种光照均匀的混色系统,它由积分球结构、基于STM32单片机的光强控制系统和多色LED构成.在电子学中,基于单片机和压控式的恒流源电路,设计光强控制系统用于多色LED驱动和光强控制.在光学系统中,基于蒙特卡洛光线追迹模型,对积分球光照均匀性进行验证,并确定所需的照明面积.实验表明,耦合电子学和光学子部件用于系统构造和性能测试,能得到良好的混色能力,并且单色光和混色光两者都具有出色的光照均匀性.

Abstract

This paper describes a color mixing system with uniform illumination,which consists of an integrating sphere structure,a light intensity control system based on STM32 microcontroller,and multi-color LED.In electronics,based on a microcontroller and a voltage controlled constant current source circuit,a light intensity control system is designed for multi-color LED driving and light intensity control.In optical systems,based on the Monte Carlo ray tracing model,the uniformity of illumination on the integrating sphere is verified and the required illumination area is determined.Experiments have shown that coupling electronic and optical components for system construction and performance testing can achieve good color mixing ability,and both monochromatic and mixed light have excellent illumination uniformity.
