Abstract
This paper describes the characteristics of important power output equipment in power plants,and the operation and maintenance status of the electric motor plays a crucial role in the safe operation of the unit.It explores the key strategies for the operation and maintenance of electric motors,including regular maintenance,condition based maintenance,and strategies for supplying grease,and applies them in practice.
