摘要

阐述薄壁类零件加工精度影响因素,包括工件工艺、仪器误差、热因素、数控加工技术.提出基于仿真数控加工工艺质量的改进方法,改进和优化零件装夹、刀具选择、切削参数.

Abstract

This paper describes the factors affecting the machining accuracy of thin-walled parts,including workpiece technology,instrument errors,thermal factors,and CNC machining technology.It proposes an improvement method based on simulation of CNC machining process quality,which improves and optimizes part clamping,tool selection,and cutting parameters.
