Analysis of Improvement and Optimization of CNC Processing Technology for Thin Wall Parts
This paper describes the factors affecting the machining accuracy of thin-walled parts,including workpiece technology,instrument errors,thermal factors,and CNC machining technology.It proposes an improvement method based on simulation of CNC machining process quality,which improves and optimizes part clamping,tool selection,and cutting parameters.
