Abstract
This paper expounds the characteristics,problems,and causes of rural distribution network planning and construction,and proposes improvement suggestions,including reasonable planning of rural power grid structure,accelerating the improvement of rural distribution network planning system and technical guidelines,strengthening on-site surveys,and planning and design based on electricity demand.
