阐述电能计量原理、配电网络中线损原因.提出配电网电能计量和线损管理措施,包括建立健全线损管理制度、改进理论线损计算方法、加强线损安全管理、搭建运行平台调整设备配置.
Abstract
This paper expounds the principle of electricity metering and the causes of line losses in distribution networks.It proposes measures for energy metering and line loss management in distribution networks,including establishing and improving line loss management systems,improving theoretical line loss calculation methods,strengthening line loss safety management,and building operational platforms to adjust equipment configuration.
